WHAT ARE OUR BASELINE REQUIREMENTS?
Acceptable tenants generally make three times the rent, except for situations where there are Section 8 Housing. Acceptable tenants also possess no derogatory evictions or credit situations within the past seven years. Acceptable tenants also has the ability to provide contacts for their last three landlords if available.
WILL YOU HAVE TO PAY DEPOSIT?
Our average deposit is one month’s rent, which has to be paid before your move-in date. Some deposits may be greater or less than the average deposit based on the profile of the applicant and/or our standards at the time of reviewing a tenant’s application.
DO YOU HAVE SECTION 8 HOUSING?
We do not offer Section 8 Housing for most of our rentals. However, Section 8 Housing may be available if denoted on the listing of the property.
WHAT IS YOUR HOUSING POLICY?
We follow the fair housing policy of the states and federal laws in the locations that we provide rentals. Moreover, we absolutely do not discriminate against any applicant and/or tenants on the basis of race, sex, religious practices, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, alienage, age, disability, familial status, and marriage status.
